- Acceptance of Terms: By downloading and using the Solidcare App, you accept and agree to abide by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and “Solidev Electrosoft Pvt. Ltd.” regarding your use of the App.
- Nature and Scope of the App: The Solidcare App, developed and offered by “Solidev Electrosoft Pvt. Ltd.“, provides a comprehensive healthcare solution with Electronic Health Record (EHR) features and Telehealth services. The App is available for download on Android and Apple devices.
- User Categories: The App is designed for the following user categories: a. Healthcare Providers: Individuals or organizations in the healthcare industry who wish to utilize the EHR features and Telehealth services. b. Patients and Users: Individuals seeking healthcare services, including access to EHR, telehealth consultations, and other features provided by the App. c. General Users: Individuals using the App for purposes other than healthcare provision or seeking healthcare services.
- Services Offered: The App provides a range of services, including but not limited to: a. Complete Electronic Health Record functionality. b. Telehealth features for remote consultations. c. Hosting of health data securely. d. Compatibility with Android and Apple app stores for download.
- Conditions of Use: To use the Solidcare App, you must be 18 years of age or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
- Hosting on App Stores: Upon hosting the Solidcare App on Apple app stores, you agree to provide the following URL: (Not uploaded yet) for reference and download. Users can access and download the App through these stores.
- Rights and Obligations Relating to Content: Users are prohibited from engaging in activities outlined in Section 5 of the original terms and conditions. Additionally, users are expected to adhere to any specific content guidelines provided within the App.
- Termination: Solidev Electrosoft Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the App with or without notice in cases of violation of these Terms or any illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Limitation of Liability: In no event shall “Solidev Electrosoft Pvt. Ltd.” be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Solidcare App.
- Reimbursement under Solidcare Plus Plan – Terms & Conditions: If applicable, users subscribing to a Solidcare Plus Plan may be entitled to reimbursements as per the terms outlined in the Solidcare Plus Plan – Terms & Conditions document provided within the App.
